Nevada Transportation Authority

The forms and applications available on the website are for you to print out and then complete prior to submitting to the Nevada Transportation Authority Las Vegas office. 

All applications and petitions are filed at the Las Vegas office located at  2290 South Jones Blvd., Suite 110, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146.  Submit your filings with the proper number of copies and any filing fees required.  See fee schedule for costs.  

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday except state holidays.

Payment for annual tow plate renewals and taxi plate renewals are sent to the Reno office located at 1755 E. Plumb Lane, Suite 216, Reno, Nevada 89502

Payment for annual limousine fees/decal renewals are sent to the Las Vegas office located at 2290 S. Jones Blvd. Suite 110, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146.

• Click here If you wish to apply for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate a transportation business in the State of Nevada. 
  
  
• Click here If you are already a certificate holder and wish to expand your business, petition the Authority for a name change, move your domicile, print the annual inspection forms, print the annual report forms, or change your tariff rates, etc.
